The Institute seeks to make personal change accessible and easy. We want to work with people who want to make changes in the way they communicate with others. Anger is an emotion we usually try to avoid and deny. Sometimes we establish communication styles that seem overbearing or hostile to others. Perhaps we have been told by someone close to us that we have an "anger problem." If you have been noticing a need to change your attitudes or behaviors, self-refer yourself to our program. | |

Anderson and Anderson curriculum. As such, she enjoys meeting people who see needs and opportunities to change. She is adept at assisting others find creative ways to discover and enjoy the innate talents, energies and skills they possess. |
